BANKRUPTCY ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISM CLE DECEMBER 3, 2020, 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.


The Mid-South Commercial Law Institute is proud to present a 90-minute Bankruptcy Ethics and Professionalism CLE from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m., CST, on December 3, 2020.  The CLE will be a panel discussion of ethics and professionalism issues that arise in bankruptcy cases or bankruptcy court, and it will be presented via Zoom.

Comprising our panel are the Honorable Suzanne H. Bauknight, Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee; the Honorable Clifton R. Jessup Jr., Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama; and the Honorable Randal S. Mashburn, Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.  Courtney H. Gilmer with EmergeLaw, PLC will moderate the discussion.

Our program has been approved for 1.5 hours of Dual CLE credit in Tennessee, and the equivalent ethics CLE credit will be sought in Alabama. 

As a courtesy to our regional bankruptcy bar, the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute is presenting this 90-minute CLE for the low price of $25 for those who register between now and November 18.  Late registrations will be accepted for $35 between November 19 and December 1.  We cannot accept registrations after December 1.  CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.
