GREGORY C. LOGUE
GREGORY C. LOGUE is a native of Orlando, Florida. He attended Carson Newman College on a basketball scholarship from 1979 to 1983. He graduated from Carson Newman with a BA in political science. He received his JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1986. He is a founding partner of the firm of Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter in Knoxville. Mr. Logue primarily represents creditors and litigants in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and in State and Federal Courts in Tennessee. Mr. Logue is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law. He is A V rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a former chairman of the Tennessee Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and has served on the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute Board of Directors. He also serves as chairman of the Knox Chapman Utility District. He is married to Liane Huskey Logue, a 1982 Carson Newman graduate, and has two children, Carlton, age 25, and Emily, age 21, a junior at Carson Newman.
