AMANDA ELLIOTT STANLEY is counsel with the Nashville office of Bass, Berry & Sims PLLC.  Her practice focuses on commercial lending and secured transactions with an emphasis on middle market transactions.  She has represented agent banks and lenders in revolving credit and term loan facilities to both public and private companies in a variety of industries; advised a variety of borrowers, both public and private entities, in corporate financings, including syndicated senior revolving credit and term loan facilities, both secured and unsecured, and real estate financings.  She graduated from Georgetown University and Emory University School of Law.
