David Holesinger

DAVID HOLESINGER is a trial attorney with the United States Trustee Program.  He works in the Chattanooga office but has also assisted the program in national projects involving creditor abuse.  Prior to joining the United States Trustee in 2015, Mr. Holesinger worked at Baker Donelson in the Financial Institutions Advocacy Group, primarily handling bankruptcy and creditor rights matters.  He also served as a term law clerk for the Honorable Richard Mills in the Central District of Illinois (Springfield) and for the Honorable John C. Cook in the Chattanooga bankruptcy court.  Mr. Holesinger graduated from Augustana College, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and from the University of Illinois College of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, where he served on the University of Illinois Law Review.
