JAMES E. BAILEY III is a Partner in the Memphis, Tennessee office of Butler Snow LLP and leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice.  He concentrates his law practice in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, corporate law and appellate practice. Mr. Bailey is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy (Class XXVIII) and served as judicial law clerk to Hon. David S.
